Changing Color of tab/background when record is complete

I'm creating a Drawing Checklist that asks 23 questions, and choosing 3 list
box answer choice: N/A, YES, NO, a Comment must be included (NO only). I
have chosen to use a tabbed form for each Drawing, with 23 tabs, one question
on each tab with a large blank comment (memo field) section. I have three
questions: I want to be able to change the color of the tab when any choices
have been selected (if the user comes back to the form he/she can see where
he left off), I would also like to hide the comment field unless No is
chosen in the list box. I would appreciate any input or help. Thanks in
advance.

I don't think you can do this with an Access tab control. The backcolor is
not a property of a tab control. I wrote an Article in Access Advisor
several years ago discussing how I make custom tabs using labels and boxes.
