changing bat file icon

Is there any way to change the default icon for a bat file to a custom
selected icon for a specific bat file?
 
Right-click on the icon for the program, click on
Properties, then to the Change Icon button, browse to
C:\Windows\System32, go to MORICONS.DLL and change to one
of the selection . . . or create your own icon and browse
to it . . . Hope this helps.
