Changing background color in the Inbox in Outlook 2003

Hello, can you change the background color of the Inbox from white to say
light blue? If so, can you post the instructions on how to do it? So far I
haven't been able to find a way to do it. Thank you

The only way to accomplish that would be to change your color settings
in Windows, which would affect all programs, not just Outlook.
