Changing 2003 Server Name

How easy would it be to change the name of a Windows 2003 server which is a
DC, DNS and DHCP server? What are the steps?

As long as the DC isn't running Exchange or as a CA, it's a relatively
simple matter to rename a 2003 DC:

If your DC is a Certificate Authority or is running Exchange Server, it
cannot be renamed without completely rebuilding the server and re-creating
the CA and Exchange installs.
