Changes to Webpage

Hi,
I have made text changes to a page and uploaded it to the server via FTP but
when I goto the webpage the changes haven't been made? someone told be it is
a caching problem and I have no idea how to get it working, can someone
please help me.

Or just ad ? to the end of you url
It worked for me.
Your problem is that your ISP is holding for too long the cache and makes a
refresh maybe every 5 hours, maybe more or less.
I have the same problem with freeserve.

Yes, I have refreshed about a thousand times, one change was made over a
week ago and the other was done 24 hours ago and still hasn't shown up, I
contacted the ISP and was told it was a caching issue and to enlist in a web
designer to sort out the problem if I didn't know what I was doing.
I have another website hosted elsewhere that I have made changes too and
they have shown up, so it's not like I don't know what I am doing!!
