changed email and n contacts are online

i changed my passport email for messnger to a gmail address and now every one
apears offline even when there online they cant see me either I had one
person add me manully whith my address and it worked any ideas how to fix
this?

How long have you been waiting? Sometimes it can take a few days before all your contacts are
fully transferred over.
