change working environment language

I have a machine that windows xp is in Spanish. Is it possible to change
that to english with out re installing?
Any help is greatly appreciated

The language of the Operating System (XP in your case) is determined by the
language version (the CD) that is installed on the machine (Spanish in your
case) and cannot be changed without a fresh install of another language
version.

I also have similiar problem as my laptop iwas bought in Switzerland langauge the operating system XP is in German. But I have an older version of XP Home upgrade in English. What happens if I install this version, are their problems other than its older version (2002)? any ideas ?? Many thanks Brian
