Change workgroup password

Hi all,
I have a workgroup environment for file sharing. I am trying to figure out
how the users on the workgroup server change their passwords from the
workstation??

I know in netware it was thru setpass. Is there any sch equivalent command
in Windows 2000??

the client workstation??
