change windows from Spanish to english

My Windows is in Spanish. I want everything in ENglish. How do I change
languages??
 
1. Back up all of your data.
2. Purchase an English version of Windows.
3. Install the English version of Windows that your purchased.
4. Reinstall all of your software.
5. Restore all of your data.
