Change week to start on Sunday instead of Monday

How can I change the week to start on Sunday instead of Monday in my Month
veiw?
 
tools, options, calendar options, choose the option to start the week on
Sunday.
 
When i go to option calendar options; start of the week is set to Monday and
its grayed out.
 
what type of email account do you have?

Exchange server; i thought it was because of office updates however after
uninstalling office updates from today, the option was still grayed out. any
ideas?
 
is there a group policy in place that controls this (and other) setting?
 
group policy in windows 2003 cannot affect outlook calendar; i dont think its
at the level of sophitication yet;
 
actually im wrong; you can configure settings for outlook in group policy but
you would have to install the adm files for it. i dont think there is a group
policy but i will have to investigate
