Change Video Settings

Hello,

I have an XPe inage and I wish to change the video resolution. When I right
click on the Desktop and choose "Settings" I get this error:

"this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer"

What does this mean? Is this not how you change the resolution in XPe?

Do you have the 'Display Control Panel' component included in your image project?
