change too bar language

how can i change the tool bar( eg file, edit, view, tools tabs..... and the
send/receive, reply, forward buttons.....etc ). language to dutch?

i'm using outlook 2007, would also like to know how to change it for word
and the other office programs too please.

You'll need to install a Dutch version of Office or install the Language
Pack.
