change the size of textbox at runtime

Hello,

does anyone know how to let the uses of my programm change the size of the
text box dynamically? exactly like the ide lets us design the textbox i'd
like to let the users of my program place the text boxes where they want and
resize them as they want, thanks for any help in advance
