change the sheet tab color

I have the option to change the sheet tab color, but it's not black so I
can't click on it. When I open a new excel document I can easily change the
tab colors. Help :-)
 
Your workbook has been protected for structure.

Click on Tools > protection > unprotect workbook.
You will need the password.

If you don't have that password there are ways to crack open your file but
the person who built your file probably doesn't want you to do that.
