When you print a calendar, two additional months are displayed in the top
right-hand corner. When I print the month of June, the smaller calendars
that are displayed are June and July and I would like it to display May and
July. How can I change this display?

Unfortunately, you can't change this with Outlook's built-in print styles.
For some reason Microsoft doesn't want us looking into the past :-)

You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking. I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very
pleased with it -- and it will print the previous and next month's small
calendars. Links to these templates can be found here:

I downloaded the application from
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
but when it opened it said macros were not enabled and there did not appear
to be any directions on the download site. Any chance you could help me with
that?

I cannot BELIEVE that the current month small calendar prints on the page
instead of last month's - what is the sense in that?

tools, macros, set the macro security to medium (ask before enabling) then
restart word and load the template. You'll have to approve the macro and
then will be able to use it.

there was a logical reason/ software limitation for using current month -
next month, but i forget offhand exactly what it was.
