Calendar Printing Problem

Outlook 2000. Is it possible to printer an appointment calendar in the
monthly view without using the 1st-31st format? i.e. Can I print a calendar
from June 20 - July 20? When I tell it to do this it prints a full June
calendar and another one for July.

Bob, the short answer is no. Printing was never Outlook's strong suit, imho.
Outlook's help states in so many words that "If you try to print a range of
days that is less than the range of days in the print style you select, the
range of days in the print style will print." That's why you get that full
June and July calendar.

I haven't seen any add-ins that would accomplish what you're looking for. My
personal workaround is to create a second calendar folder, then drag and
drop to copy into it all calendar activities within a date range. Then I
print that calendar. I still get the whole month, but at least the days
outside my date range are blank. Hope this helps.
