Change the language on xp

can anyone please help.. i brought back a laptop from
russia with a windows xp russian version, i know you can
change the keyboard layout to english but i need to change
everything such as menu and all the icons to english is
that possible.. please email me on (e-mail address removed)

One cannot change the language version of Windows XP.
You'll have to purchase a "Full English Version" of
Windows XP, reformat your hard drive, then install it.
