Change the appearance of a built-in menu

Hi,

I created a new menu called "Hande" at the top. I want to
change the font color, font type etc. of it so that the
user can realize more rapidly that a new menu is at the
top. Can anyone help me?

Menu font, color, etc. is controlled by the Windows Display Properties
applet. You cannot alter specific menus as far as I know.
