change text direction in SP Designer

New SP Designer user and I can't find how to change the text direction?
Font, Cell, Table properties don't have it. Where are they hiding it?

Sorry, I wasn't specific enough. I want the simple text direction option for
a vertical banner, i.e. the Right Click, Text Direction option in other
office products.

Appreciate the help.
