change text color

Can one change the font & color of the text on the desktop?? I know you
could with 98 But can't seem to find it on XP????
 
Start, Control Panel, Display, Desktop.

Open Display Properties, Appearance tab, click the Advanced button,
scroll through the list looking for items with a font color option. You
can click on items in the graphic too, and those items will be selected
from the list.
