Change text color for specific percentage

I have a database and I need a caculated amount to show in one color if it is
under 75% and in another color if it is over 75%. How do I go about doing
this? I also need this disply color to transfer over to my report.
 
While you have your form in form design, under Format choose conditional
formating.
