change tab color

Use windowblinds. Does anyone know how to change IE browser tab color from
blue to some other color? Thanks
 
IE7 in XP the tabs are hardcoded, and they will not be skinned. In Vista
it's possible but skins would have to be updated or created to take advantage
of this.
