Change tab color

Is it possible to change the color (background or text) on individua
worksheet tabs
 
Hi
one way: just select the entire worksheet and change the color. But
probably I'm missing something here :-)
 
In Excel 2002 and later versions, to change the tab background colour,
right-click on the sheet tab, and choose Tab Color.
 
Sorry, I should have been more specific. I have over 50 tabs that fal
into 4 different catagories. I would like to be able to see from th
color of the tab which group that worksheet belongs to, without lookin
at the actual worksheet. I can change to color of the actual worksheet
but the tab stays white with black text.

I hope this helps explain what i am looking for..
