Change "status" options

Is there a way to change/add status options for tasks? I'd like to change
the 5 status options that Outlook gives you (Not Started, In Progress,
Completed, Waiting on Someone Else and Deferred) to something else. Thanks!
 
No, the enumeration of options for that field can't be changed.
