Change Specific Properties (Editing Time)

Can anybody tell me how can I change the "Total Editing Time" propert
of a document....
Basically I've got a lot of jpb of Image to Word conversion in which
have to write down the text from the scanned images to Word document
but the company has strict rules that no one will OCR scanning softwar
to convert the images and they will detect if smbdy does so.....
Now I guess there's the only way to find it out that is the "Tota
Editing Time". If smbdy just writes image file to word withing 2-
minutes they will detect that it has been copied from OCR scanner. or
Is there any other technique they can check whether the matter in th
Word document has been copied from OCR Scanner?
Anybody wants to share any knowledge about it plz help me out...
And also tell me how to change the value in "Total Editing Time" fiel
and also tell me what's it mean by "Revision Number" field in the fil
property

Hi, anupam, i know its been a long time since you posted this question but afraid i've seen it now. So anupam you can actually change the total editing time by changing the clock in your windows. I mean
open the word document
change your clock to accordingly, ie changing time to 2-3 days later
save the document
close the document and correct your windows time
