Change Sort By Name Option

I would like to see the folder "Start Menu\My Documents\Reports"
sorted in reverse order when I view it via my Start button.
Essentially, I want the opposite of the "Sort By Name" right-click
option for that folder. How do I go about doing that?

Typically when changing the view, in Explorer for example, clicking on Sort
by name once will set the order, clicking on Sort by name again, will reverse
the order.

That doesn't work in the right-click menu. Sort By Name only sorts in
alphabetical order from top down.
