change positive to negative and viceversa

how can i change positive values to negative values, and negative values to
positive values.
for ex:

column I

row 5 150 to -150

row 7 200 to -200

row 9 -30 to 30

and so on

Place a negative 1 in any blank cell and copy it. Then paste special over the
cells you want to flip the sign on selecting Multiply as the paste option...

Put -1 in an empty cell
edit|copy (that cell)
select the range to fix
edit|paste special|check multiply

And then clean up that cell with the -1.
