Change polling interval

how can I set the polling for new mail interval? I'm using 9.0.0.6627.

Hi,

how can I set the polling for new mail interval? I'm using 9.0.0.6627.

Is this really not possible? I've gone through the places where I could
think this option would be, without finding it. I get a lot of email and I
don't want to be notified every 20-30 minutes. Can I set the interval to
poll once an hour?
