change password of AD or workgroup in c#.net?

Hi,

I want users to have the possibility to change their password by web of the
active directory or the password of their workgroup. This is needed for
users who have lost their password of a SharePoint server.

Does anyone have an example?

Thanks in advance.

If they forgotten their passwords they can't change it, because this
requires the old password to be known.
Only an admin can reset the password of such user.
