change partition sizes

Are there any good free utilities that can change the partition sizes on
hard drive.
In the past we've used Partition Magic, but for the few jobs we need to do,
we'd rather not buy any software.

I don't think it matters but we are running Windows 2000 on an intel and the
hard drive is NTFS.

Check Google for free "Partition Managers". Personally I would not
trust them - it's like having open heart surgery performed by the
friendly first-aid guy who wants to make some extra money.

By the way - Acronis PartitionExpert is quite aggressively priced, and
it works.
