Here's what we're hoping to do: Modify the OS load so
that it defaults the My Documents location to the d-
partition and still maintains the security/privacy
afforded by the profile. In doing so, the majority of
programs will then default to saving to the d-drive but
will only be accessible by the administrator and the
creating user.

TweakUI will allow you to move special folders from its my computer|special
folders menu. It only changes the target. You will have to move the files
contained therein yourself.

You can move the My Documents and the registry references to it. MAke a
folder on the second drive that matches with the user, then open a
window on it, while logged on as that user and one on C:\Documents and
Settings\theuser\ to show My Documents. *Right* drag the folder across,
taking *Move* here.

This will then be the automatic place for his files. I *think* that
simple file sharing protection will transfer with it, but have not tried
to confirm the point. If not, you would have to set up access control
on that folder (And the partition would have to be NTFS), with Simple
sharing off
