How can I change the margins for a SINGLE page in the middle of a document in
Word 2007?

You have to define a next page section break before the page (if it's
not the 1st page) and after the page (if it's not the last page). Then
you can change the margins for just that page.

But note that often a simpler approach is to apply paragraph indents
(negative if necessary).
