Change location for Windows update

The windows update icon automatically logs on to the dutch
site for updates of windows xp and office. As the
installed version is english I would like to change the
automated update location from the dutch internet site to
the USA or UK internet site.
How do I do this

Hi,

Control Panel/Regional and Language options/Regional tab, check location
settings here. Also go to Internet Options, and on the general tab click
languages and make sure English is a) there and b) on the top of the list.
