Is it possible to change my liscense for Microsoft Office
XP from my current machine to a different machine if I buy
a different machine. I am giving this computer to my
daughter for homework and we already own a Microsoft
Office 2000 which is on her current machine which doesnt
work anymore. I want to uninstall this and replace with
the copy registered in her name.

you bought office xp, then yes, just uninstall from your machine and install

Assuming a retail license (OEM licenses are not transferable),
simply remove Office XP from the computer it is currently on, and
install it onto the new one.

The other potential problem is I have two copies of Office XP (two discs for laptop and desk) and am not sure which disc installed to which machine

The earlier message said I could have installed Office XP on my laptop and desktop. Can I do this with Office 2003

Thanks for your hel
