1) Lose the caps. It's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.
2) Do you /ever/ check the validity of your 'advice' before posting?! By
what you've posted above, it's obvious that you don't. You /cannot/ change
the language of the GUI using the method you suggest. That will only change
the input language. The only way to change the GUI language is by
purchasing XP in your desired language and installing clean - or, if you
prefer, setting up a dual boot. The lauguage of Windows is peculiar to its
country of origin and cannot be changed - IOW it's language-specific.
