Change language for whole pack

I've read the posts for changing Language for the whole pack and there
appears to be 2 options:
1. Manually selecting each text box or whole slide (Ctrl+A) and changing
Language
2. Writing code

I tried going to Slide Sorter view and selecting all slides but the Language
option in "Tools" menu is not active in this view. Is there a reason why
this is not active?

Melissa,
The Language menu items work only when the slide/normal view is active.
What this means is the you can only perform the operation one slide at a
time. To perform it over the entire presentation you will need to write
code. You can try out the toolbox for PowerPoint which already provides this
feature. The trial is free and for 14 days - Toolbox:
