Change Interface language from French to English?

I just received a PC as a gift from a friend, but the language is set to
French instead of English! All of the menus, start menu, etc, all in French.
How would I go about setting the language to English? Also, the keyboard is
set correctly either, but I assume I can change both at the same time.

Sorry, you can't do it at all. You'll need to buy an English version of
Windows.

XP is written in a specific language. To get XP in English you'll need
to buy and do a clean install of the English language version.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
WinXP (in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.

Cannot Upgrade or Install a Different Language Version of Windows XP
