Change Hour Glass to progress bar

When I print preview my report it can take sometimes 10-15 sec to open is
there a progress bar I could show instead?
 
As far as I'm aware, no events are exposed when opening the report, so you
wouldn't be able to show any progress: you'd have one event when you issued
the OpenReport command, and one when it was opened, nothing in between.
