Change german date-format in englisch date-format?

Hello!

I've created a report with excel97 german-language-version. This
report now should be translated in english. The date in german is
dd.mm.yyyy, but in english it is mm.dd.yyyy. How can I change the
format for english-date, so that my macros (DateDiff) works?

Hi
DateDiff has no problems with different date formats - I know, I'm
using a German version
If you have stored the values as dates no problem as Excel internally
stores these date values as numbers -> The format is just a
representation!

The English format is normally dd.mm.yyyy, the American format is mm.dd.yyyy
