Change form used by a Contact

I have built a custorm form and want to use this for all of the contacts in a
specific Outlook 2003 folder. I have changed the form used when new contacts
are created, but want to use this new form for all of the existing contact
records.

How can I set this form to be used by my legacy contacts?

You need to change the MessageClass on the existing items to point to your new form's class. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#convert for several tools and scripts to accomplish this.

When I had trouble changing the message class a long time ago, I found a file
called omsgclas.exe or omsgclas.doc. This file makes it so easy to change
the message class if it is the same in all items in the folder. If you're

fix the message class.
