change file from rtf to bmp

i have a letterhead with a logo on it saved as a RTF but i need to convert it
to a BMP file
how can i do this

mmm, how about the prt scr button (Screen dump) & then paste it into a
graphics program?

You can also try this:

1. Right-click on the LOGO and choose Copy.
2. Open Paint Brush and click Edit - Paste.
3. Reduce the page size according to logo, so that no white space remain.
4. Click File - Save - type a name and choose the Save as Type. JPG will be
better than BMP.
