Change Display of Names??

I use Outlook 2000 SP-3.
I just synched Outlook with my Palm Pilot and a strange thing
happened.

When I send an e-mail and I click on the "To:" button, the list of my
contacts opens.
What's changed is that they're all listed first name first, rather
than last name first, (which is how they were originally set to show
up).

Is there a way to change all of them all at once, without going though
each and every one, (selecting properties/name/, etc)??
