Change Default Save Picture to Temp Folder

When attempting to save a image that is within a O.E. e-mail by right
clicking
the image I always get the 'My Pictures folder' to save to.

Want to bypass this, and send right clicked images to Temp folder on 'C'
drive.
Can / will some kind person please advise me on How To?

To change the rightclick menu, you'll need to edit the Registry and that is not recommended. Go to the below website to download OpenExpert to do what you are trying to accomplish, it is free

Click the down arrow at the end of the upper Address box, then browse to
the drive and folder of your choice.
