How do I change the default location where files will be
saved when you click save as in office and where files
will be downloaded to?

1. The standard "Save" location is the MY DOCUMENTS folder. So it is a
good idea to use the folder for personal data files. If you are not
satisfied with the current location of the folder, you can change it:

2. You can specify any folder for to download files to before the
download begins. The setting should be kept for further downloads
until you specify another folder.
