Hey Peeps,

I often save messages from outlook 2003 to various folders on my hard drive
by just dragging and dropping them. Currently the filename is always
'subject line.msg' and i'd like to change this to something more like
'from_subject line.msg'.

Is there a way to do this?

I know that i could use the file-save as option but i'm lazy and want to be
able to just drag and drop.

No, you can't

Hi Diane & Roady

Thanks for the replies, i'm a beginner/ intermediate at VB/VBA and so i'll
have a go at programming a macro but i thought i'd see if you have any info
about the setting i need to change in the VBA code? If you don't know off
the top of your head then no worries as i'll find it off google or something
but it'd be a great help if you did.
