Change default directory for Insert File in Outlook

When I want to Insert File to a Message that I'm composing in Outlook, it
always starts in some directory that I don't use, and I have to locate the
directory where I keep all my data files. I should be able to change the
default directory location of files for insertion.

You don't use My Documents?

and I
have to locate the directory where I keep all my data files. I
should be able to change the default directory location of files for
insertion.
