Change Cursor color/appearence?

I have an app. that runs on a laptop outside. The sun glare is killing us.
Especially when trying to find the mouse cursor. Is there any want to change
the cursor from the white arrowhead to a solid dark color, or something like
that?

Thanks for any ideas.

This is an ACCESS FORMS newsgroup.

You sound like you need help setting a WINDOWS setting for your color
scheme.

Try posting in a WINDOWS newsgroup.
 
I just want it changed when this particular ACCESS FORM is loaded. Thought
maybe something in the ON OPEN may be able to set it.
