Change Control's size&location in runtime

I want to change Control's size&location in runtime ,(C#)
but i dont know how to do! so, can you provide me
with document about this.

Just set the Size and Location properties, or set them both at the same time
using the Bounds property. See the documentation linked below for more.

Ok,First of all thank u 4 your reply!
I'm sorry that i have not made a particular
description of my question in the front letter .
i means that these control can be changed by
mouse drop in runtime(the same to DesignTime)!

If you want to allow the user to move and resize controls at runtime then
