change column heading names from numbers to alpha characters

Currently my Excel spreadsheets show numbers fort the column headings. I
want to go back to alpha characters (a, B, C, etc.); but, I can't find a way
to change the headings. Please help!!

Tools>Options>General and uncheck R1C1 Reference Style
