Change colour scheme at logon point?

Is it possible to change teh default blue colour scheme to the silver one so
it shows teh silver scheme immediatley after booting?

I've amended the default user profile but was wondering if there was
something I need to do to 'all users' or the registry?

Rightclick center of screen>Properties>Appearance tab
Under Color Scheme, click the down arrow and select Silver
Click Apply and OK
